Every bottle in the house, checked, tracked and logged.

Photograph a label and WellRegimen reads it, grades the product, and tells you whether it looks genuine and in date. Then it checks the whole stack for clashes, keeps the schedule, and records what everyone actually took.

WellRegimen gives AI-generated information, not medical advice. Confirm any change with your doctor or pharmacist.

How it works

Three minutes of setup, then it just runs.

01

Add the people

Yourself, your kids, a parent you manage medications for. Conditions, allergies, birth year and pregnancy status go in so the checks are about you, not a stranger.

02

Photograph the bottle

The label is read into a real entry: product, brand, ingredients per serving, dose and frequency. Quality, authenticity and expiry come back with a confidence score.

03

Check it, then keep it going

Run a safety check over everything that person takes, set the times they take it, then mark doses and symptoms as the days go past.

01 · Label scan

Point your camera at a bottle and get a verdict you can act on.

Snap the front label or the supplement facts panel. WellRegimen reads the product and gives you four things back, each with a number attached so you know how hard to lean on it.

Quality score, 0 to 100

Grade of the product itself: the maker's record and recalls, whether the brand usually gets independent testing, the ingredient forms used, and doses that look too high.

Authenticity with confidence

Looks genuine, suspicious or likely counterfeit, with the clues behind it: print quality, seals, spelling, and packaging that does not match the brand.

Expiry with confidence

In date, expiring soon or expired, plus the printed date when the photo shows one.

Ingredients per serving

Pulled off the panel into a clean list, so blends and fillers are visible instead of buried.

A single photo cannot prove a product is genuine. When the shot is blurry or shows little, the AI is told to keep its confidence low and say so.

Good signs and red flags, side by side

Good signs

  • NSF certified for sport
  • Transparent label
  • Dose matches the label claim

Red flags

  • Proprietary blend hides amounts
  • Seal looked tampered
  • No lot number visible

Save it straight into the stack

A scan is not a throwaway reading. Save it to the person it belongs to, either as a new item or linked to one you already track, and the photo, score and check results attach to that item. Your own dose and how often you take it stay yours to edit.

Genuine 88%In dateSuspicious 61%Expired

Those tags live on the item card, so the state of every bottle in the house is visible at a glance on the Stack page.

02 · Safety check

One tap finds where two things in the stack collide.

The check runs over the active items for one person at a time: prescriptions, supplements, peptides and nutraceuticals together, because that is how people actually take them.

  • Real drug labels. For prescription items, WellRegimen pulls the product's official FDA label and reads its interactions, contraindications, warnings and dosing sections.

  • Trusted sources for the rest. Most supplements have no FDA label, so those are checked against references like the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements, MedlinePlus, FDA and LiverTox.

  • Severity on every finding. Each issue is graded high, moderate or low, so the thing to phone your doctor about is obvious.

  • How certain it is. Findings carry an honest uncertainty note, including when the evidence is thin or the doses involved are unknown.

  • Sources you can open. Anything flagged links to the label or reference it came from. No mystery warnings.

  • Timing tips. Separate what should not go down together, and what is better taken with food or away from something else.

Blood-thinning effect may add up

Warfarin + Fish oil 2000 mg

Both can reduce clotting. Taking them together may raise bleeding risk, especially at the higher fish oil dose.

What to do: Tell the prescriber you take fish oil and ask whether the dose should change.

How certain: Documented for the drug, dose dependent for the supplement, and your actual intake is not verified.

03 · Schedule and log

What was meant to be taken, and what actually was.

Set the times and days for each item, work through the day on the Today page, and let the log build the picture over weeks.

  • Reminders that fit the routine. Several times a day, specific days of the week, on or off whenever you like. Paused items stop asking.

  • Device alerts. Turn on alerts and WellRegimen notifies you when a dose is due while the app is open in a tab.

  • Mark it taken. One tap per dose, for anyone in the house, and the row crosses off.

  • Symptoms and side effects. Log how it felt on a 1 to 5 scale with a note, on the day it happened.

  • Intake trends. Thirty days of adherence per item, plus weekly totals, so a drifting habit shows up before it becomes a problem.

  • Look back any day. Step through the calendar to read a past day exactly as it was recorded.

04 · Everything else

The rest of what is in the app.

Nothing here is a teaser. It is the actual page list, and all of it is yours once you sign in.

Whole family profiles

Each person has their own stack, their own conditions, allergies and pregnancy status, and their own safety check. Switch between them at the top of the page.

Score quality without a photo

Got a shelf full of things you added by hand? Score quality runs over every supplement, peptide and nutraceutical that has no score yet and grades the brand, forms and doses. Peptides sold as research chemicals get the low score they deserve.

Recheck any item in a tap

Every item card has a camera button that opens a photo check already tied to that item, so a new bottle replaces the old verdict instead of living somewhere else.

Suppliers and purchases

Keep the shops, pharmacies and sites you buy from, then record each purchase with price, currency, quantity and date against the item it bought. Useful when a batch goes bad or a recall lands.

Symptom history

Recent entries sit under the log with date, severity and note, so a pattern across a fortnight is readable without opening anything.

Being straight with you

What WellRegimen will not do for you.

  • It is not a lab test. A photo can raise doubts about a product, it cannot prove one is genuine.
  • It is not a prescription. Dose advice is general and can be wrong for you, especially with conditions, pregnancy or other medicines in play.
  • It does not watch you. Alerts show while WellRegimen is open in a tab; nothing pings from a server while your browser is closed.
  • It does not know everything. Where the references are thin, the check says so instead of guessing.
